We first met Niki in 2019 when we began planning our wedding , little did we know we would end up in a pandemic. We were due to get married in June 2021 but unfortunately had to reschedule to September 2021. Niki was there every step of the way helping us organise and reorganise everything, she took away all our stresses during the build up and on the day. The day was everything I imagined and more we can’t even explain how beautiful the decor was. Niki’s sister Stella was also amazing helping coordinate the day and ensure everything went smoothly. Niki thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. When we asked you to be our wedding planner we got much more, we got a bestfriend and a Sister.

We had a fantastic experience working with Niki and her team for our wedding in Crete! Our wedding had so many small details and nuances, but her superb organizational skills, attention to detail and thoroughness made things so much easier on our end. Unforgettable Summer Wedding!

NMevents had the pleasure of curating a dreamlike union between Eleni and Renato, blending cultures and love into an unforgettable summer wedding. Their story began in New York City during the pandemic and culminating in a heartwarming proposal on Milos Island. Renato’s surprise proposal set the stage for a beautiful journey.

Peruvian celebration

The couple’s backgrounds – Renato from Peru and Eleni with Greek-American roots- were artfully intertwined in their wedding. Choosing Greece for the ceremony, NMevents wove Peruvian elements into the celebration, honoring both heritages.
The day was a symphony of white hydrangeas and pink roses, decorating the church entrance and emphasizing the intimate dinner, reflecting the couple’s elegance and unity.

Every part of the wedding beautifully combined different cultures, making its mark on every moment of the ceremony and celebration. Imported Peruvian pisco sours met Greek mastiha cocktails, while Peruvian “tejas” shared space with the traditional Greek koufetta, creating a delightful blend of flavors.

Music bridged continents, commencing with live Greek melodies and culminating with the infectious beats of Latin. Yet, the most memorable moment was Eleni and Renato’s entrance to the reception, dancing hand in hand to “Trompeta” by Willy William, igniting sheer joy among guests.

Their wedding was more than a celebration – it was a testament to love’s boundless nature. NMevents take pride in crafting a day that beautifully encapsulates their unique journey, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of the couple and their cherished guests.
